They do not get the support, the space, or the honest conversations that would actually help. Two sessions are included every month, with three to choose from across two Wednesdays. I am a Tricres-qualified culture coach based in Sheffield, working with businesses and leaders across the UK. I created Hump Day Leadership because I kept meeting brilliant women who were leading well but doing it entirely on their own, with no real support and nowhere to talk about it honestly.
My sessions are warm, direct, and practical. No corporate language, no generic advice. Just honest conversations and real tools that make a difference.
