It is the hidden engine driving your company. Fuel it well, and it will run smoothly to your destination, ticking away to the thrum of a happy team.
Neglect it, and your engine will stutter, stall, and eventually break down before you’re even halfway to your quarterly goals.

How it Works - The Corporate Culture Coach
Stage 1) Your Enquiry
During an introductory chat, I’ll get to know you and your company, and any organisational issues you’d like to discuss. From there, I’ll talk you through my ‘Culture Kickoff’ process, and how this can help you.
Stage 2) Fact-Finding
After our initial meeting, I’ll begin the fact-finding stage. This is where I’ll meet your teams, and really start to understand your organisation.
My ability to read a room means I can quickly identify the rising stars, team dynamics, and what needs to change to get the results you want.
Stage 3) Your Report
Once the fact-find is complete, you’ll receive a full written report and presentation on your company culture.
Everything from the initial meetings, through to the fact-finding sessions, the report and presentation, is prepared by me, plus my recommendations for next steps.
I’ll identify the type and number of sessions required to reset your company culture, before moving onto work with your senior leadership team.
Stage 4) The Sessions
We can get started on your department workshops as quickly as one week after your report. These sessions are available for senior leadership, or any other team member who will benefit from the training.
Whether half or full days, these will act as the foundation for defining, improving, and then embedding a culture that will help your company to thrive.
After the sessions, you’ll receive a clear summary of actions, and everything you need to keep the momentum going.
Stage 5) Ongoing Support
If you’re serious about long-term cultural change and choose to keep working with me, I offer retainers from 1-5 days per month.
These can be used however you need them, whether that’s workshops, 1:1 coaching, or planning sessions, to embed and maintain your improved company culture.
This can also include regular check-ins with the senior leadership team and MD to agree priorities, track progress, and make sure you’re measuring what matters.
What a Session Might Look Like
No two sessions look the same, because no two teams are the same! Depending on what your fact-find reveals, your sessions could include any of the following:
The Iceberg Exercise: A powerful session with your senior leadership team that explores what sits above and below the surface in terms of communication styles, emotions and behaviours.
Purpose, Vision and Values: We’ll sit down together to define the common goals for the business, and build a shared vision that everyone can get behind.
The ‘Tuckman’ Change House: Where we map each department’s team development, with clear targets, and a roadmap to get there.
Responsibility and Accountability: We’ll get clear on who’s accountable for what, your key metrics, and ensure the right structure is in place to support your employees.
1:1 Coaching: For individuals within the team who need dedicated support, whether that’s finding their voice, handling tasks, management help, or communicating more effectively.
